The founder of the firm. Chandubhai started the practice in 1961 and brings over five decades of experience across Audit, Income Tax and Exchange Control. A lifelong teacher associated with multiple educational institutions as Professor of Accounting and Taxation, he coordinates the Ahmedabad Branch student-coaching activities of the ICAI. Past Chairman of the Ahmedabad CA Association and former Public Representative on the Board of the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.

Leading the firm's practice for over three decades, Krishnaraj has been instrumental in steering the firm to newer heights and instilling a culture of high ethical standards and quality-driven growth. He heads the firm's Audit, Tax and Consulting practice — with deep expertise in Internal Audit and Risk Advisory across manufacturing, banking, insurance, BPO, co-operatives and trusts. Amit leads the firm's Internal Audit, Tax Audit and assurance practice, bringing more than 22 years of experience with the firm. His specialist area is the review of ERP systems and the resolution of post-implementation issues — giving the firm a distinct edge in ERP gap analysis, implementation support and process improvement through system controls. Rajvir leads the firm's internal-audit, analytics and AI practice, with an Advanced Certification in Data Analytics & AI from IIT Madras. He brings Big-Four rigour from EY's Assurance and Risk Consulting practice — combined with modern analytical tools — to deliver deeper insights and faster turnaround for clients across the US and UK. He also oversees daily operations, team leadership and business development.

1961

Founded in Ahmedabad.

Chandubhai F Patel establishes the firm as a single-partner chartered accountancy practice in Ahmedabad, Gujarat — serving local manufacturers and family businesses.

1993

Reconstituted & relocated to Anand.

The firm reconstitutes with new partners, relocates its base to Anand, and broadens into statutory and tax audit for mid-market and listed companies.

2008

Advisory practice formalised.

Dedicated consulting and advisory line launched — process, controls and transaction support for clients scaling beyond their domestic footprint.

2017

Ind AS & IFRS conversion.

The firm leads first-time-adoption engagements through India's Ind AS transition — preparation, conversion and disclosure design for listed and group entities.

2022

Analytics & RPA practice.

Full-population testing, RPA-assisted reconciliation and continuous controls monitoring become a standing capability across audit and internal-audit engagements.

2025

The next chapter.

A 64-year practice, partner-led, technology-native — built to outlast the next cycle, exactly as it outlasted the last.
